Alicia Bembridge is a qualified Aerial instructor and a highly experienced dancer and aspiring educator with over 18 years of training. She also holds a First Class Honours degree in Physical Education and School Sport from Sheffield Hallam University and have completed LUSU Disability in Sport training, reinforcing her commitment to inclusive practice.
Alicia Bembridge is a qualified Aerial instructor and a highly experienced dancer and aspiring educator with over 18 years of training. She also holds a First Class Honours degree in Physical Education and School Sport from Sheffield Hallam University and have completed LUSU Disability in Sport training, reinforcing her commitment to inclusive practice. Alicia has taken part in a whide range of dance films and performance opportunities, allowing her to develop strong technical ability, creativity, and performance quality. Alicia trained professionally for 2 years at Expressions Performing Arts, where she gained comprehensive knowledge traingin across all disciplines of dance and musical theatre. During this time, Alicia also specialised in aerial arts, developing skills in silks, hoop, sling, trapeze and rope.
Alicia has also performed on presegious stages, inlcuding Move It and Sadler's Wells, London.
Alongside her Degree, Alicia has also completed Spin City Instructor Training, which focuses on aerial teaching techniques and safe practice. She is also currently undertaking her PGCE in Secondary Physical Education, where she continues to develop her teaching practice and aims to inspire and support all learners through physical education and dance.
